Terms and Conditions for Users
Definition: A participant is a person employed by a client company (end-user company), a government agency, a university, or a similar organization.
The participation fee is applied per person and per service booked, plus applicable sales tax. Payment may be made by invoice or credit card. The participation fee is due in full 14 bank days after receipt of the invoice. The participant is only entitled to attend if payment has been received in full by anapur AG in accordance with the stated payment terms.
After registration, participants will receive a confirmation of registration via email. The business relationship is established upon receipt of this confirmation of registration. The offer provides for different rates for users and providers. anapur AG is entitled to assign participants accordingly.
anapur AG reserves the right to replace announced speakers with others and to make necessary changes to the event program while preserving the overall character of the event. If the event cannot take place due to force majeure, a speaker’s unavailability, disruptions (including technical disruptions) at the venue, or an insufficient number of participants, participants will be informed immediately. The participation fee for the individual ticket will be refunded if the cancellation is due to an insufficient number of participants. In any case, anapur AG’s liability is limited exclusively to the participation fee.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing. For cancellations up to 14 days before the start of the event, the participation fee will be refunded in full. For cancellations after this deadline or in case of no-show, the participation fee will not be refunded. It is possible to designate a substitute participant upon agreement.
The slides and recordings (if any) will be made available to participants for private use following the event (provided they are approved by the speaker).
anapur AG collects and processes your address data for the purpose of organizing the event as well as for its own advertising purposes, and enables the participating sponsors to send you information and offers as part of their marketing communications. Participants’ contact information will be shared with the sponsors of the respective event for the purpose of direct marketing. You may object to this during registrarion for the events or later at any time pursuant to Art. 21(2) GDPR: anapur AG, Julius-Hatry-Straße 1, 68163 Mannheim, +49 (0)621 397 29 619, info@anapur.de.
Selected virtual events will be recorded. As soon as you decide to actively participate in the discussion, audio and video recordings will be made, which will be published in the context of the event (documentation, follow-up reporting). By registering, you agree that recordings made of you during the event may be published in the context of the event without any claim to compensation. If you do not agree to this, please notify us by email at kommunikation@anapur.de.
Terms and Conditions for Vendors and Sponsors / Business Partners
Definition: A provider is a person employed by or representing a solution provider (e.g., an IT services company, reseller, or distributor), a consulting firm, or a software or hardware vendor.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Terms and conditions for sponsors of the IT meets Industry event series of anapur AG.
1 General
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all legal transactions of anapur AG (organizer) within the scope of the IT meets Industry offer of anapur AG. By registering, the sponsor accepts these general terms and conditions.
2 Booking
Booking as a sponsor takes place via the registration options on the Internet. Booking by letter, fax or e-mail is also permissible, provided that all the necessary data is provided. After booking, the sponsor will receive a confirmation of registration by e-mail. Upon receipt of this registration confirmation, the contract is finally concluded and an invoice will be issued.
The sponsor is only entitled to the booked services if payment is received in full by anapur AG within the specified payment terms of 30 days net.
Furthermore, the timely submission of all required documents, as well as participation in the briefing call and the rehearsal is mandatory. If the entry is not submitted in time, the slot may be forfeited.
Only companies and institutions that offer products and services that are directly related to the event topics, the event participants or the respective industry represented will be admitted as sponsors. The organizer decides on the admission of companies and institutions. There is no legal claim to admission. This also applies to submitted presentations. The organizer reserves the right to reject presentations that do not match with the overall informative content of the specific event.
With the booking, the sponsor agrees that the speaker details incl. photo may be published on the website and social media. Furthermore, the consent is given that the slides as well as the recording of the contribution will be made available to the participants in a recorded form.
3 Prices and services
Prices and services are defined in the respective offer. anapur AG reserves the right to make adjustments to the services in consultation with the sponsor.
Sponsors are not permitted to sublet their allocated contribution slot / stand, share it with other companies, swap it or leave it in whole or in part without the consent of the organizer. An exception is – to have customers (exclusively user companies) give presentations. For this purpose, the permission of the organizer must be obtained. Title and presentation of the contribution slot will be made in coordination with the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to refuse.
Registrations are not transferable. The company representatives can be exchanged after registration in agreement with the organizer.
Event dates and contribution slots will be allocated according to booking order (receipt of payment) without guarantee and must be approved by the organizer.
The term of the IT meets Industry offer from anapur AG is from January 01 to December 31, 2025. We reserve the right to adjust individual aspects of the offer.
4 Cancellation and right of withdrawal by the organizer
Cancellations must always be made in writing. Cancellations must be made up to eight (8) weeks before the event date. After that, the full offer price will apply.
We reserve the right to cancel for organizational reasons (for example, if the minimum number of participants is not reached or if the speaker is unable to attend at short notice due to illness) or for good cause.
If anapur AG cancels or postpones an event, anapur AG may transfer the sponsor registrations, including payments due and already made, to future events with a
– similar audience
– and/or theme
– and/or to another date
– and /or different conference format
– and/or location
within the next 14 months.
5 Copyright
All event documents and recordings are protected by copyright.
We reserve all rights, including translation, reprinting and reproduction of the event documents or parts thereof. No part of the event documents may be reproduced in any form – not even in part – without the written permission of anapur AG – not even for the purposes of teaching – and in particular processed, copied, distributed or used for public reproduction using electronic systems.
Event documents may only be used by participants personally and for their respective professional activities. Purchased recordings of webinars and videos entitle only the purchaser to use the copyrighted content for his own professional purposes.
6 Liability
The liability of a party for financial loss and property damage – regardless of the legal grounds – is limited to intent and gross negligence. In all other respects, any further liability on the part of this party is excluded.
anapur AG bears no responsibility and is not liable if a replacement, cancellation, modification, or postponement of an event becomes necessary due to an unforeseen event; in particular, this does not give rise to any claim for reimbursement of the agreed participation fee.
The parties are generally obligated to provide for sufficient insurance coverage themselves.

8 Miscellaneous
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
The place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes, insofar as this is legally permissible, is Mannheim. Should one or more provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Instead of the invalid or missing provision, a valid provision shall be substituted which comes as close as possible to the substituted provision.
Verbal agreements are only valid if confirmed in writing by anapur AG.
