So, you have been hacked, what now?

There are no “Silver Bullets” in Cybersecurity and although there are many good products and solutions which can be deployed to make your system more resilient to attack there is no 100% guaranteed solution. With that in mind it is highly likely that at some point in the future you will have to deal with some sort of Cyber-attack on your system. So, what would you do? How would you react? Who is required? and how do you ensure that once recovered you aren’t going to immediately be compromised again? The presentation will detail procedures for dealing with an incident and gather the relevant information to answer some vital question:

  • What was the method and point of entry?
  • What systems were affected?
  • What did the threat do?
  • Can I stop the threat and identify the root cause?
  • How do we recover from it?
  • How do we prevent it from happening again?

Remember there are only two categories of customer in the market place, those who have been attacked and those that don’t realise they have been attacked!
